Notes: Provided on-site field monitoring for compliance of construction work on the 18” high pressure gas pipeline including photo documentation, mapping, restoration monitoring, identification of cave and karst biophysical issues, and database development.

Major components: Work with Bank team and local governmental officials on project completion issues, on-site completion inspections for the development of solid and medical waste facilities in the Eastern Caribbean Nations.
Notes: Evaluated on-going solid waste facilities and reviewed proposed medical waste project proposals.
